Laboratory and test container

When the client faced space constraints for their new testing department, SPOT AS delivered a custom-designed laboratory and test container for H₂S gas – safely and efficiently installed in a 40-foot unit.

SPOT AS was approached by a client in need of new testing facilities, but with limited available space. The solution was to design and deliver a fully equipped laboratory and test container, specifically tailored for handling H₂S gas under high pressure.

The project involved the design and fabrication of a technically advanced testing system, fully integrated into a 40-foot container. The container was fully insulated and equipped with a ventilation system featuring heat recovery, as well as a complete EX-certified electrical installation – all to meet the strict safety and functionality requirements associated with working with toxic and explosive gases.

The delivery also included a complete gas system for H₂S at pressures up to 250 bar, along with control panels for up to 30 test stations inside the container. The result was a flexible, safe, and mobile solution that meets the client’s technical requirements and space constraints.
